Info - line for customers
In the aim of constant improvement of service and cooperation, the toll-free Info-Line for customers’ inquires at 0800 300 302 was launched on July 18, 2011. This service is available from Monday to Friday, from 07.00am until 06.00pm.
The Info-Line provides customers with the following information:
- The Company’s business operations
- Product quality and prices
- Orders
- Delivery
- How to obtain cooling equipment for use
- How to solve a problem with a breakdown of the cooling equipment
- Ongoing price reductions and promotions
- Contract extension/amendments
- Financial situation
In addition to answers to every customer enquiry, satisfaction with received answers is registered as well. Each caller is informed on a deadline for a response to an enquiry/complaint, depending on a form of request.
