Coca-Cola HBC Serbia is working to certify all bottling plants against internationally recognized management system standards with regard to quality, food safety, environment, and health and safety.
Coca-Cola HBC Serbia adheres to domestic and international laws on food safety & quality, meets requirements of quality management systems ISO 9001 and food safety management systems ISO 22000, PAS 220 and FSSC 22000 and, on top of that, follows its own quality standards.
From choosing ingredients to production process and product placement on the market the company follows specialized Coca-Cola Quality Management System (TCCC CORE requirements). Performance is measured through consumer feedback and internal monitoring programs which enable continuous improvement of the product quality.
In 2004, Coca-Cola HBC Serbia was among 15 companies in the country to be certified with the ISO 14001 standard for environmental protection and management.
The company is aware of the great importance of health safety and protection in the workplace and demonstrates its commitment through the internationally recognised OHSAS 18001 system.
Vlasinka d.o.o. has obtained all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, PAS 220, FSSC 22000, and OHSAS 18001 implementation certificates. Rosa water displays the “Green Apple” mark on its label and meets all applicable quality standards relevant for such type of product as issued by the Institute for Physiology of the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade.
Fresh & Co has obtained quality management certificate ISO 9001, product safety management certificates ISO 22000, PAS 220 and FSSC 22000 and the “Healthy food – green apple” certificate issued by the Institute for Physiology of the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade for neXt juices, as well as ISO 14001 standard for environmental protection and management and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety managemen system.
All beverages produced by Coca-Cola HBC Serbia must meet or exceed all Serbian governmental requirements and standards for quality and food safety in accordance with the specialized Coca-Cola quality management system (TCCC CORE requirements).
