Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia Winner of the European Employee Volunteering Award
Belgrade - Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia won the European Employee Volunteering Award in the Large Company category for its programme with the Faculty of Organisational Sciences (FON) in Belgrade. The award was granted by the Business Leaders Forum and SMart Kolektiv and rewards projects focused on employment support.

“Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia is highly focused on developing the local workforce. By investing in talented youth, we invest in the future of the company and in the community where we operate. Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia employs 1,500 people in its system, and with constant business growth, the company will require more personnel to manage the increasingly complex operations. Through our partnership with FON, we strive to provide students with the opportunity to gain practical know-how and continue their professional development in Serbia. In over a year, 500 students, approximately 90 managers and more than 170 employees were engaged in the programme. In 2010, eight FON students were hired, accounting for 20 percent of highly educated staff in our company,” states Nataša Prodanović, Human Resources Manager, Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia.|
“The issue of unemployment is present not only in Serbia, but across Europe. According to July 2010 data, Europe has more than 23 million unemployed.
