Searching for New Generation of “Coca-Cola Talents“
Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia is selecting the sixth generation of ambitious and high potential students, who will receive professional and financial support of EUR2,000 each in the next two years
Nis - Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science, universities and student organisations, has announced a contest for the selection of the sixth generation of “Coca-Cola Talents“. Seven new Coca-Cola Talents will have an opportunity to advance along top experts in the company, gain skills and knowledge for practical implementation and take a road towards a successful business career.
In the course of the two-year “Coca-Cola Talents“ programme, selected students will undergo a range of training courses and seminars, aimed at their professional advancement, and will have financial support of EUR2,000 each annually during the programme. This professional and financial support is an excellent combination for the road to an impressive career.
“More than 40 thousand employees work in our business system across the world, and that vast source of different processes of work, knowledge and expertise is available to our future talents. We strive to recognise young people with a potential to grow into future top managers, to pass our expertise and experience on to them and train them for future business challenges. People are the most valuable asset of the company, therefore by investing in future generations of employees we invest in our future and the future of the local community.

All students of accredited state and private faculties in Serbia who have fulfilled the condition for enrolling to the third year of studies, have an average grade of 8.5 or more and speak the English language are eligible to apply for the “Coca-Cola Talents“ programme.
