Selection of Fifth Generation of Coca-Cola Talents promoted in Kragujevac

Kragujevac - In partnership with the University of Kragujevac, Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia has marked the announcement of the contest for the selection of the fifth anniversary generation of the “Coca-Cola Talents” program and invited students of the University of Kragujevac to apply.

Coca-Cola talents Through the two-year “Coca-Cola Talents” program, implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia invests in development and expertise of future business leaders. The program is unique for providing selected students with top-class training, seminars, opportunity to learn about the best practices of the company and, through a vast mentor program, gain know-how and practical experience they otherwise cannot acquire in the classic educational system.

“We are aware of the fact that people are the crucial resource of our company and definitely a decisive factor for the leading position of Coca-Cola Hellenic in Serbia. Therefore, for five consecutive years we have been investing our know-how and expertise in the development of young people with a potential to grow into top managers and business leaders.

We aim to provide them with know-how and skills they need for future professional growth, thus encouraging them to stay in the country and contribute to the improvements of the local community with their work,” said Olja Stojanović, Public Affairs and Communications Manager of Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia .

“We are glad that the University of Kragujevac has also become a partner of the “Coca-Cola Talents” program in the year when the project celebrates its anniversary. We are pleased to cooperate with Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia and additionally inform students of our University on benefits this program provides. It is very important for young people to have an opportunity to see what working in a large international company looks like and gain practical know-how and experience in the business environment during their studies. The Coca-Cola Talents program definitely offers that opportunity and I sincerely hope that other companies will be guided by this example of good practice,” Slobodan Arsenijević, Rector of the University of Kragujevac .
