We support youth development, and our programmes aim to help young people develop self-esteem and leadership skills.

Coca-Cola Talents

Our long-standing programme “Coca-Cola Talents”,  in cooperation with the Ministry of Education , aims to offer students  theoretical knowledge and practical experience  by working on specific projects, and to further develop their potential  as future leaders.

Up to 2009, a total of 21 students have completed this programme. Upon the completion of their studies, and in line with the company’s needs , these students will be offered fixed-term employment with our company.

Graduate Trainee Programme

We  are proud to have  developed the Graduate Trainee Programme  for young people and future business leaders.  By participating into the intensive training programme, the trainees obtain skills required for a successful business performance in the company. The programme lasts one year and  upon its completion, the trainees get an opportunity to become a part of the Coca-Cola Hellenic team. Today, a number of managerial positions in Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia are currently occupied by people who joined the company via the programme.

Cooperation in Education

We have signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Faculty of Organisational Sciences in Belgrade, which stipulates a rich programme of joint activities. Such cooperation is an innovation  in Serbia and  consists of several projects through which the best students of this Faculty will be given an opportunity to practically enhance their acquired knowledge and skills in a multinational company, such as Coca-Cola Hellenic.
